Improve information distribution about available amenities!!! Better cleanliness in common areas is a must!!! Maintenance of poolside seating and options for food at the rooftop are essential!!!

my one night stay exceeded my expectations! the room was spacious and I enjoyed a lovely balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing. the breakfast was delightful with an array of fresh fruits and cheeses that really made my morning.

the pool area could use more shade.

Great views but lacking service

The hotel’s location was fantastic, right by the lake with some stunning views from our balcony. The housekeeping staff were always cheerful and kept our room immaculate. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax, with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding area, perfect for sunset watching.

Unfortunately, the service at reception left much to be desired. they seemed overwhelmed and provided little to no information about available amenities. Our fridge never worked despite multiple requests, and it took too long to resolve issues. The breakfast lacked variety, making it underwhelming for a supposed four-star experience.

Ideal location but needs attention

The stunning views from the balcony made our stay delightful. the room lacked necessary storage, and cleanliness was not up to par. Breakfast options were limited, especially the vegetables. Future guests should check room conditions and request more variety during breakfast.

The location is AMAZING! ! Right by the lake and the main square, super convenient to explore. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety with warm dishes that hit the spot.

I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room, and it was a super place! The location is perfect, just steps from the lakefront, shops, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast was delightful, served on a lovely terrace with an awesome view, making mornings special. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

It would have been nice to have tea or coffee facilities.

I stayed in a Double Room. The view from the room was decent, but the size felt cramped, and there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. The room also had some dated elements which could use a refresh. The bed was comfortable, though, so we slept well. The bathroom was fine, but nothing too fancy. it had potential but needed some improvements.
